Description :

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Qualifications

1. Min Bachelor's degree and relevant experience

2. 8+ years' experience in Human Resources

3. Have experience in Mining Sector is preferred

4. Strong ability to improve talent acquisition, Performance Management, and Development strategies

5. Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills

6. Attention to detail and good judgement

7. Maximum 40 Years Old

8. Ready to go to a Business Trip

9. Willing to be place on Jakarta (Head Office)
